Being at the end of the alphabet you learn pretty early in life that there will always be times that you are last. It’s out of your control and there’s nothing you can do about it. You can either choose to accept it and become used to life at the end of the line, or you can make it your mission to move up to the front. I chose option number 2. My version of the alphabet starts with the letter Z, and I apply that philosophy in one way or another to everything I do in life.
The same can be said of the aging process. We are all going to grow old. There’s no getting around it. You can either choose to grow old and gray, or you can choose to grow old with grace. There is no reason why you shouldn’t be able to look as young as you feel. Society is now starting to embrace this as technological advances are allowing us to not only restore what we lose over time, but also prevent it from happening so fast. Both men and women are taking the advantage of maintaining their physical appearances naturally, safely, and effectively without having surgery.
