There is no right and wrong answer when it comes to the timing of Botox and Dermal filler injections and Ultherapy treatments. Though there have been no scientific studies to examine the effect of Ultherapy after Filler injections, it is recommended that you wait at least a period of 6 months after filler injections before you get Ultherapy. This is to make sure that none of the filler product is broken down prematurely from the heat transmitted by Ultherapy. After Utherapy treatments, it is also recommended to wait at least 4-6 months for the effects of the new collagen production to settle in before getting any Dermal Filler injections.

Botox, however, can be used much sooner in relation to Ultherapy treatments. Botox can be used either soon before or after a scheduled Ultherapy treatment. We recommend a period of 1-2 weeks before or after an Ultherapy treatment. By this time, the Botox will have attached itself to the target muscle and the likelihood of a decreased effect is low.

Botox and Dermal Filler treatments actually work very well to compliment the effects of Ultherapy. Ideally, it would be best to get treatment with Ultherapy first and use Botox and Fillers afterwards to boost the effects of the Ultherapy.
